THE SKI SHOE+BIOMOTO
The Ski Shoe came to me looking to modernize their brand and elevate their online presence while staying true to the reputation they’ve built within the ski and action sports community. The project included a light refresh to their existing logo, development of a cohesive brand system, and a full website redesign. The goal was to create a clean, modern visual identity that reflects the technical expertise and high-performance services The Ski Shoe provides to athletes of all levels.
Alongside the brand work, the website was completely rebuilt to better showcase their services, partners, and athletes while improving usability for customers. The new site highlights the professionalism and credibility of The Ski Shoe while making it significantly easier for visitors to understand what they offer and quickly book an appointment.
BRANDING & LOGO DESIGN
The existing Ski Shoe logo already had strong recognition locally, so the update focused on refinement rather than reinvention. I tightened the alignment of the typography to create a more balanced mark and introduced modernized font pairings to support the logo across the broader brand system. A clean color palette and contemporary typefaces were selected to give the brand a technical, performance-driven feel while maintaining the authentic, mountain-town character of the business. The result is a polished identity that works consistently across digital, print, and environmental applications.
WEBSITE DESIGN
The website redesign focused on better communicating The Ski Shoe’s expertise while creating a clearer path for visitors to take action. The new site highlights their core services, their partnership with Biomoto, and the athletes and partners who trust their work.
Professional photography and video are featured prominently throughout the design to bring the experience of their shop and their work with athletes to life. A major priority was increasing calls to action across the site. Thus making it simple and intuitive for visitors to contact the team, book appointments, and engage with the business.
